This is the Du-Bro RC Heavy Duty Dual Pull-Pull System for large aircraft .91 and larger. This pull-pull system comes complete with high quality aluminum horns, washers, steel 8-32 long shaft, nuts, horn arms, and cleveses (for 4-40 rods) with aluminum pivot pins plus 15ft. of nylon coated stranded steel cable (.032 dia.) and all mounting hardware for 4-40.
